HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATION?

WHY ONLY ONLINE RESERVATION ?
To be able to prevent misunderstanding, transfer details should be entered by passengers directly.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
We require at least 24 hours processing your reservation with online booking on our website; therefore we cannot guarantee service for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. An online booking can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel. After that you will be required to call us to check availability.
HOW DO I FIND MY DRIVER?
The driver will meet you at the Arrival Hall with our company board (PickUp Transfer).
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE DOES NOT COME TO MEET ME?

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If PickUp Travel cannot reach the phone numbers given by the customer, it reserves the right to cancel and/or change it on its own initiative. For cancellations and/or changes to be made up to 24 hours before the transfer date, full refund will be done without any cut. 50% of the transfer fee is refunded in a change and/or refund request for our services that are less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the transfer date. If less than 6 hours left to the transfer time, no refund will be made.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
It does not matter. Happiness of our customer is the most important thing. Pickup North Cyprus Taxi Transfer continuously updates all flight arrival times prior to landing. When you arrive we arrive, We guarantee that for private and vip transfers. For shared transfers, we will provide our first transfer vehicle which is suitable.
